Live with the 'rents to save on rent

The big news last week was the Pew report that found that 32% people ages 18-34 are living with their parents-- the highest percentage since 1940. While the reasons behind this are many, at least one factor is the rising cost of housing.

A big reason is a decline in economic opportunities. As the cost of living has escalated and wages have stagnated, mounting student debt and rising home prices create obstacles to cohabitation and marriage.
