The South Willamette Neighbors are organizing a conversation about potential methods to move forward. Ideally, a broad group of citizens will be able to participate in this discussion-- a member of the Eugene Planning Staff will be on hand to answer questions, and neighborhood associations as well as WE CAN have been invited.
